Gazeta Express: Kosovo Parliament urgent debate on foreign policy19 November 2018 | 17:54 | FOCUS News Agency
Chiefs of caucuses of Kosovo Parliament in a meeting on Monday have decided also to resume plenary session on Friday with MPs expected to discuss the agenda from last week’s session. The meeting was attended by all chiefs of caucuses. Last week MPs failed to hold the urgent session organised at the request of opposition parties to discuss “failures of foreign policy” of Kosovo. Absence of lawmakers and minister of Foreign Affairs, Behgjet Pacolli, forced the initiator of the debate – the opposition party of LDK, to withdraw the request for an extraordinary session. Opposition is blaming Foreign Ministry of stalling to bring new recognitions of Kosovo and asked Foreign Minister Pacolli to answer on allegations of Serbia that eight countries have withdrawn recognition of Kosovo. The Foreign Ministry has rebutted Serbia’s diplomacy saying that no country has withdrawn its decision to recognise Kosovo as independent country, and accused Serbia’s Foreign Minister, Ivica Dacic, of spreading false news.
