BGN 86 million will be invested in urban development to complement the investment in public transport and cultural infrastructure in Burgas, Deputy Minister of Regional Development Denitsa Nikolova told journalists. She took part in a round table on the priorities in regional development for the upcoming Bulgarian EU presidency, a correspondent of FOCUS Radio
reported. The priorities are linked to urban development and territorial cohesion, through balanced regional development. The ministry will focus on the integrated approach in investments which combines funds for urban environment, public transport, social infrastructure, education and culture. The member states will discuss whether to change the approach or not after 2020.
